High Value SF

Dillon Brooks, MEM vs PHI ($4,500): Brooks is currently listed as questionable with an illness. I’m recommending him because JaMychal Green has been ruled out with an ankle injury and the Grizzlies are one of the most banged up teams in the league right now. Assuming he plays, Brooks figures to be a strong contributor. He’s been over value in four straight. If he doesn’t play, I like Trevor Ariza, although he costs a bit more. ****

Wayne Ellington, MIA at HOU ($5,300): This game projects to be a shootout and no one on Miami has the bullets in their chamber like Ellington has. He drew the start on Saturday against the Hornets and delivered with 35 fantasy points, knocking down six threes. You know what you’re getting from Ellington. He’s either going to shoot you up the rankings or brick you down. He figures to see a lot of three-point opportunities in this one and I’d bet on him hitting more than a few. ****

Joe Ingles, UTA at ATL ($5,100): Ingles has missed value just once in his last 10 games. It was a bad miss, posting 2.5 fantasy points, but he’s bounced back in his last three, ending with 38 fantasy points against the Clippers on Saturday. The Hawks are 16th against small forwards in their last 15 games. Ingles has been reliable all season, hitting value in 74 percent of contests. Expect him to hit value once again on Monday. ***
