51. . Linebacker. Alabama. Rashaan Evans. 23. player

The Los Angeles Rams were one of the more surprising teams in football this past season, as they came out of nowhere to win the NFC West. Sean McVay showed he was more than just a young head coach, as he became one of the better head coaches in the conference. His work with quarterback Jared Goff turned the franchise around, and now Goff is looked at as a solid quarterbacking prospect, and not an NFL Draft bust.

Looking ahead to next season, this team needs to get better on defense. Sure, they have arguably the best defensive tackle in the game in Aaron Donald, but he needs help at the second level of the defense. Bringing in a solid linebacker is going to make this team so much better on defense, and Rashaan Evans from Alabama is one of the best this draft class has to offer.

During his time with the Crimson Tide, Evans helped lead the team to two national championships. He has the kind of motor that scouts love, and can really cover a lot of ground. He also is pretty solid in pass coverage, as well as being one of the hardest hitting players in the SEC. He is going to be a good one, and this Rams organization just keeps stockpiling good, young talent on both sides of the ball.
