Sacramento Kings

Send: Vince Carter

Receive: Amir Johnson, 2018 second round pick (Clippers or Knicks)

The Kings are committed to playing their young guys, and Carter is a few days away from his 41st birthday. He’s still able to contribute for a winning team, but his role with the Kings is about to be limited as the season progresses.

For Sacramento, they are able to clear even more space off their books for the upcoming offseason, and getting a second round pick in the draft allows them to take a chance on another young prospect. If they make the move soon, they could try to flip Johnson to another team for another draft pick before the deadline.
