High Salary PG

Chris Paul, HOU vs PHO ($9,600): Anyone against the Suns is a good matchup right now as they’ve been getting blown out seemingly every night. The only concern with Paul on Sunday afternoon is that he may not see enough playing time to go over value. He needs 42.3 fantasy points to hit value. If he plays 30-plus minutes, he’ll likely push 50 fantasy points. I’m just not sure he’ll see 30+ minutes with the way both teams have played this season. ****

Lou Williams, LAC at NO ($8,300): Williams had 70 fantasy points against the Grizzlies. The Pelicans are 27th against the position in their last 15 games. Having to adjust to life without DeMarcus Cousins will not be easy for the Pelicans and I expect them to struggle in their upcoming games. They’ve struggled against perimeter players all season and Williams is one of the best in the league at getting buckets and setting up teammates. *****

Russell Westbrook, OKC vs PHI ($11,800): Westbrook had 77.25 fantasy points against the Sixers on Dec. 15. The Thunder are on a back-to-back and I don’t know what their mental state will be following the injury to Andre Roberson. I know their defense will suffer, but I don’t expect Westbrook’s fantasy game to suffer all that much. He should be around 50 fantasy points once again. ***

Kyle Lowry, TOR vs LAL ($7,800): Lowry has been a bust in his last two games, missing value by 10-plus fantasy points in both contests. He had 51 fantasy points against the Lakers on Oct. 27. While that game was too long ago to put much stock into, the Lakers are 23rd against the position in their last 15 games. Expect a strong bounce back game for Lowry. ****
