Dennis Smith Jr., DAL at PHO ($6,800): Smith Jr. has missed value just once since Jan. 9. He’s coming off a 33 fantasy point game against the Heat on Monday. Thought should be another strong performance from the rookie based on the matchup. The Suns are 25th against the position in their last 15 games. He needs 30.1 fantasy points to hit value on Wednesday. I expect him to be well over that number based on his recent play and the poor defense of the Suns. *****

Damian Lillard, POR vs CHI ($8,900): The Trail Blazers are on a back-to-back, but I’m not too concerned about that when it comes to Lillard. He’s been over value in four of five back-to-back games this season. In his one miss, he missed by less than two fantasy points. On top of his strong play in these situations, he has a good matchup. The Bulls are 24th against point guards in their last 15 games and will be without their best player. Lillard should be over 40 fantasy points in this contest. ****

Kemba Walker, CHA at ATL ($8,400): Walker missed value for the first time in eight games against the Pacers. But this is a good matchup for the Hornets point guard and he should be back over value on Tuesday. He’s posted exactly 46.5 fantasy points in both games against the Hawks this season. They last met a week ago. Needing 37.2 fantasy points to hit value, Walker should easily exceed that number. I like him to be over 40 fantasy points, providing his usual strong scoring along with solid numbers in other categories. *****
