Notre Dame. Mike McGlinchey. 12. player. 56. . Offensive Tackle

The Cincinnati Bengals rallied towards the end of the season, and in the process, they saved head coach Marvin Lewis’ job. Lewis came into the year having never won a playoff game as head coach of the Bengals, which is incredible considering how good of a coach he is, and the talent he has had around him. Still, he remains the main man on the sidelines for Cincinnati, whose roster still has the players to be a successful team next season.

While the Bengals finished on a high note, they were left with a bunch of question marks this offseason. One area where they need help is up front on offense, and they may want to use their No. 12 pick on an offensive tackle this April. That man should be Notre Dame left tackle Mike McGlinchey, who is the best tackle prospect this draft class has to offer.

McGlinchey and Quenton Nelson helped the Fighting Irish offensive line be named the best in college football this past year, and they should be the first two offensive lineman off the board in the first round. McGlinchey has the size and strength to stay on the left side at the next level, and Lewis may want to choose a safe pick in the first round. Andy Dalton is still a Pro Bowl quarterback, and running back Joe Mixon ran well as a rookie, so adding strength up front makes sense this early in round one.
