It is fitting that the three quarterbacks that top this list are Montana, Young and Tom Brady. Brady joins Montana as the only player to appear on this  list twice. He surpassed Montana with his fifth Super Bowl victory in Super Bowl LI.

Brady’s final Super Bowl may have been his best one yet. The Patriots won the game 34-28 over the Atlanta Falcons. It was not just the final score but the score 28-3 that will forever be ingrained in fans of both teams. That was the score that Atlanta was leading by midway through the third quarter.

The Patriots and Brady would score 25 unanswered points to complete the largest Super Bowl comeback in history. It was the first time the game was decided in overtime. This game was a thriller by ever definition of the word. The teams combined to break 30 Super Bowl records.

Brady finished the night with 466 yards passing (record) on 43 completions (record) and two touchdowns. He orchestrated a masterful final drive to set up running back James White for the winning touchdown. The league awarded Brady the MVP for the game, his fourth in five victories.
