One reason each team can win Super Bowl 53

Los Angeles Rams: They have a roster for the future
For years the Rams bolstered one of the youngest rosters in the NFL and for years they dealt with mediocrity under head coach Jeff Fisher. The entire culture shifted when Sean McVay was hired. The 2017 Coach of the Year helped lead the Rams to a dominate 11-5 record and while it was a disappointing first-round exit to the Falcons, there’s plenty of promise with this team.
The Rams don’t have a single starting offensive skill player who’s above the age of 25. Jared Goff, Todd Gurley, Robert Woods, Sammy Watkins, Cooper Kupp are all entering the prime of their professional careers. The defensive side of the ball is the same way. Linebacker Connor Barwin is the oldest starting defensive player at 31 years old. Many teams are content with filling their rosters with veterans but that doesn’t always translate to success. The Rams have bet on their young talent and it’s paying off right before our eyes.
This is the tip of the iceberg for the Rams. They’re set to run the NFC West for years to come. The Seahawks are declining, the Cardinals are in a rough situation and 49ers still have a way to go beyond Jimmy Garoppolo. They’ve gotten a taste of the playoffs much like the Jaguars and that’s a year of experience under their belts.
Get yourself a Todd Gurley jersey from Fanatics. You deserve it.
The Rams will be an exciting team to watch in 2018 and reaching the Super Bowl is more than a realistic goal for Sean McVay and company. Using age as a deterrent is just old news by this point.
