DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 6, 2018
High Salary PG
Russell Westbrook, OKC at GS ($11,500): Westbrook has barely hit value in his last two. The Thunder have lost four straight, but their point guard always finds a way to put up big offensive numbers. He had 67 fantasy points against the Warriors on Nov. 2. This projects to be a high scoring game and Westbrook always elevates his level of play against Golden State. It doesn’t always work out, but you know he’s going to do everything in his power to have a big offensive game and carry his team. He needs 51.3 fantasy points on Tuesday. He’ll be over 50 fantasy points once again. ****
Steph Curry, GS vs OKC ($9,600): Curry has missed value in three straight. That’s good news for potential fantasy owners because his salary has dropped to $9,600. He needs 42.8 fantasy points to hit value on Tuesday. With the way the Thunder defense is playing, this is a great matchup for Curry. He plays better at home and, like Westbrook, he’s going to raise his level of play against the Thunder. Curry will have a big scoring night in this one, likely pushing 50 fantasy points as he rains from deep. *****
Chris Paul, HOU at BKN ($9,700): Paul had 55 fantasy points in 27 minutes against the Cavaliers on Saturday. He and James Harden go back-and-forth when it comes to putting up offensive numbers. Harden is typically the better option due to his three-point shooting, but Paul has the lower salary. He needs 43.3 fantasy points to reach value on Tuesday. The Rockets should have another strong offensive night, led by their two superstars. *****
