FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 6, 2018
High Value C
Brook Lopez, LAL vs PHO ($6,000): Lopez has been over value in his last two, including a 34.5 fantasy point effort against the Thunder on Sunday. Production is rarely an issue for the Lakers center. It’s just a matter of him getting enough minutes. He’s been getting minutes in recent contests and he should get plenty of minutes against the Suns and their league worst defense. Lopez is averaging 37.1 fantasy points in three games against Phoenix this season. Assuming he plays 25-plus minutes, expect another 30-plus fantasy point night. ****
Dewayne Dedmon, ATL vs MEM ($4,900): The Grizzlies are 20th against the position in their last 15 games. Dedmon drew the start on Sunday against the Knicks with Ersan Ilyasova out. Ilyasova is expected back on Tuesday, which would put Dedmon back to the bench, but he remains a reliable low cost option. If he happens to see extra minutes, that’s all the better for his value. ***
Jarrett Allen, BKN vs HOU ($5,700): Allen missed value against the Bucks, posting 21.4 fantasy points in that contest. The trade that sent Tyler Seller to Milwaukee should mean extra minutes for Allen. Houston isn’t the best matchup, ranking second against centers in their last 15 games, but all their shooting leads to a lot of rebounds on misses. Allen has the ability to hurt them on the inside as well. ***
