NBA Power Rankings: Here comes the trade deadline
By Daniel Lewis
The Pacers split a pair of games against the Hornets this week, mustering up a run in the fourth quarter on Monday in a 105-96 win and then getting run over in the first quarter to the tune of 49 points on Friday in a 133-126 loss. They were able to defeat the Grizzlies in between those two games, 105-101, in a game where Myles Turner picked up a 15 point, 11 rebound double-double in his return to the starting lineup after missing time with an elbow injury. They took care of business on Sunday against the 76ers, outlasting Philadelphia on a night where both teams were on the second night of a back to back. The win against Philadelphia made for six straight wins at home for Indiana, and they’re 19-10 in front of their own fans with just a few days remaining until the trade deadline.
