High Value PG

Terry Rozier, BOS at WAS ($5,900): Kyrie Irving returned to the lineup on Tuesday, but it didn’t hinder Rozier’s effectiveness. He posted 35.25 fantasy points against the Raptors. Even with Irving back, his minutes were down and he looked a little troubled by the quad injury. Until Irving returns to form, Rozier is a good play, especially at this price. Even when Irving returns to form, as long as Marcus Smart is out, Rozier will be the primary playmaker off the bench. ****

Josh Hart, LAL vs OKC ($5,500): As long as Hart starts, he’s going to be a productive player. He’s averaging 38.8 fantasy points in his last three games. That includes a 36.25 fantasy points effort against the Thunder on Sunday. If Oklahoma City comes out flat after an emotional night on Tuesday, the Lakers have the talent to take advantage of them. Los Angeles will likely play a bit looser knowing that they are safely on the roster until the end of the season. Start Hart if Hart starts. ****

J.J. Barea, DAL at GS ($4,700): Barea has been over value in his last two games. He’s been dealing with some nagging injuries in the last couple of weeks, but his minutes are back up and he’s been productive all season off the bench. He’s hit value in 76 percent of games this season. He’s averaging 26.8 fantasy points in three games against the Warriors this season. That number would put him well over value on Thursday. The Warriors won’t lose three straight, but they’ll give up their fair share of points to Barea and the Mavericks. ***
