DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 13, 2018
High Value PG
Dejounte Murray, SA at DEN ($5,700): Murray returned to the lineup on Monday and had 25.25 fantasy points against the Jazz. It was a defensive battle between the two teams, but Murray and the Spurs should have an easier time against the Nuggets defense, despite this being a back-to-back contest. He had 29.75 fantasy points as the starter against Denver on Jan. 30. He needs 25.7 fantasy points to reach value on Tuesday. He should be over that number given the matchup and injuries to the Spurs two best players. ****
Jordan Clarkson, CLE at OKC ($5,100): Clarkson had 27.75 fantasy points against the Celtics in his Cleveland debut on Sunday. He came off the bench and played 23 minutes in that contest. He had 28 fantasy points in 23 minutes against the Thunder on Feb. 4 as a member of the Lakers in a similar bench role. The Cavaliers offense looked very good on Sunday. It’s possible that their play was the result of the high of a new situation. But that high could carry into Tuesday, which could spell trouble for a Thunder team that might be missing two of their four best players. ****
J.J. Barea, DAL vs SAC ($4,700): Barea rested on Sunday due to the back-to-back. Yogi Ferrell started in his spot and delivered a strong performance, but Barea should play and regain his starting spot on Tuesday. If he doesn’t Ferrell would be a value play. Barea is averaging 25.5 fantasy points in two games against the Kings this season. That number would put him nicely over value on Tuesday. ***
