FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 15, 2018
High Salary PG
Eric Bledsoe, MIL vs DEN ($8,000): The Nuggets are 29th against point guards in their last 15 games. Their defense isn’t great to begin with, but gets worse on the road. Bledsoe has been over value in four of his last five, with his only miss coming by less than one fantasy points. He should get you at least 35 fantasy points, putting him over value once again. ****
Jeff Teague, MIN vs LAL ($6,700): Isaiah Thomas will likely be in for a strong game as well, but he has a higher salary and is a bit of a mystery considering he’s played just one game with the Lakers. If nothing else, he’ll have fresh legs after being ejected on Wednesday. Teague’s lower salary allows him to easily exceed expectations. He’s coming off a 42 fantasy point performance against the Rockets and had 30.4 fantasy points against the Lakers on Christmas. ***
High Value PG
Jamal Murray, DEN at MIL ($6,300): Murray is currently listed as probable with a chest injury. The assumption is that he’ll play, but check his status before making any decisions. If he can’t go, Monte Morris is a cheap pickup who should see minutes. Murray has missed value in three straight and four of his last five. The Bucks are fifth against point guards in their last 15 games. This is a tough matchup and a potential injury doesn’t project much confidence. **
Tyus Jones, MIL vs LAL ($3,500): There are no options between Murray and Jones, showing just how limited your plays are on Thursday. As mentioned, if Jamal Murray is ruled out, Monte Morris would be the way to go at this salary. Jones can produce solid numbers in limited minutes, as evident by his 23.1 fantasy points in 15 minutes against the Lakers on Christmas. *
