4. Cameron Fleming

The Giants offensive tackle situation is in terrible shape right now. Ereck Flowers has disappointed, especially in protection, since entering the league as an over drafted first round pick. He simply isn’t an NFL left tackle. Moving Flowers to the right side could help, but he probably should be lining up at guard. The Giants have little else at the tackle position as we speak.

The free agent tackle market is extremely sparse this year, but at least Fleming has played meaningful snaps and is an upgrade, albeit at right tackle, over what the Giants have been playing with of late. At just 25-years-old, Fleming also still has some upside to his game. He is far from the perfect starter, but the Giants could still really use Fleming.

Justin Pugh, Weston Richburg and DJ Fluker, arguably the Giants top three offensive linemen, are all free agents and New York should not only try to bring those incumbents back, but also must look outside the organization for someone like Fleming. Offensive line is the weakest area of this team right now when you factor in expiring contracts.
