FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 22, 2018
High Value PG
Tomas Satoransky, WAS at CLE ($5,900): The Cavaliers are 30th against the position in their last 15 games. A lot of that came pre-trade deadline, but it’s still unknown how fixed their defense really is. They looked good against the Thunder and Celtics, but now teams have a little bit of tape and the high from the trades are over. Satoransky was 10-plus fantasy points over value in three games prior to the break. He needs 25.9 fantasy points to reach value on Thursday. He should be over that number. ****
De’Aaron Fox, SAC vs OKC ($5,700): Fox missed value in the final game before the break. The spill he took in the fourth quarter may have played a factor, but he played 26 minutes and contribute 15.9 fantasy points. So, he wasn’t on pace to hit value even if he had the extra minutes. The Thunder are first against the position in their last 15 games. Fox needs 25 fantasy points to reach value on Thursday. Despite the matchup, Fox was playing well prior to the break and should be around value in this contest. ***
Emmanuel Mudiay, NY at ORL ($4,600): Mudiay missed value in the final game before the break, but he did well in the two other games after the trade deadline. He’s been practicing with the starters following the break. Even if he doesn’t start, expect him to play most of his minutes next to Enes Kanter and company. He’s a low cost option who needs 20.2 fantasy points to reach value. If he plays with the starters, this is a great matchup for him to be well over value. If nothing else, he should give you the 20.2 fantasy points for value. ****
