High Value PG

J.J. Barea, DAL at UTA ($5,600): Barea was over value on Friday, contributing 26.5 fantasy points against the Jazz. The Mavericks looked like they were tanking, but maybe that will inspire them to perform a bit better on Saturday. The Jazz are certainly a tough matchup, especially with them not having to travel on the back-to-back. Barea has been consistent all season, hitting value in 77 percent of games. He needs 25.5 fantasy points to reach value on Saturday and he should be around that number. ***

Brandon Ingram, LAL at SAC ($6,200): Lonzo Ball returned, but he did not cut into the value of Ingram. The Lakers point forward produced 39.75 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Friday. He should continue to produce at that clip moving forward, at least until Ball is ready to play his regular minutes, which certainly won’t be the case on Saturday. Both teams should put up plenty of points in this one and Ingram will do his part, likely pushpin 40 fantasy points once again. ****

Emmanuel Mudiay, NY vs BOS ($4,700): Mudiay picked up the start against Orlando and was over value with 21.25 fantasy points. Trey Burke ended up being the star point guard for the Knicks in that contest, but Mudiay will certainly get the better of the opportunities moving forward. The Celtics are on a back-to-back, but rank eighth against the position in their last 15 games. He’s a low cost option who could be over value once again. ***
