High Value C

Kyle O’Quinn, NY vs BOS ($4,800): The drop from Enes Kanter to Kyle O’Quinn is $2,000 with no one in-between. O’Quinn had 33.1 fantasy points against the Magic on Thursday. He did manage 25.4 fantasy points against the Celtics on Dec. 21, but was a non-factor in the other two games against Boston. His minutes and production have been all over the place this season and it’s tough to trust him. The reward is there, but the chance that he have less than 10 fantasy points is also there. **

Alex Len, PHO vs POR ($4,500): Len drew the start again on Friday and had 37.1 fantasy points against the Clippers. Assuming Tyson Chandler missed Saturday’s contest and Len starts again, he’s a worthwhile addition in your center spot if you want to spend on other positions. He needs 20.2 fantasy points to reach value, something that should not be a problem if he draws the start. The Suns don’t play defense, but their offense does enough to make an impact on the fantasy game. ***

Greg Monroe, BOS at NY ($3,600): Monroe had 22 fantasy points in 19 minutes against the Pistons. He’s likely to see solid minutes given the matchup. The Celtics will need someone to combat the rebounding and interior skills of Enes Kanter and Kyle O’Quinn. Monroe is the best option in that case. As far as fantasy goes, he’s not really a risk at this price, but he’s not exactly a worthwhile play unless you make that value up elsewhere. *
