High Salary PG

Chris Paul, HOU at LAC ($8,300): Paul is back in Los Angeles and he’s coming through the front door this time. The former Clippers point guard missed value in the Jan. 15 meeting, posting 40 fantasy points in that contest. That number would put him over value on Wednesday. He’s missed value in four of his last five, but his salary has dipped to where he needs 38.6 fantasy points to hit value on Wednesday. He’ll be over 40 fantasy points and don’t be shocked if the Rockets do their best to run it up. *****

Lou Williams, LAC vs HOU ($7,900): The Clippers are on a back-to-back, but that should not matter to Williams. This is a matchup he relishes, having gone over 50 fantasy points in both games against the Rockets this season. He needs 36.8 fantasy points to reach value on Wednesday. The Rockets will make his life tough, and likely force Austin Rivers to beat them, but Williams has been too good this season to think he’ll falter. Expect big time performances from all the top players in this game. ****

Jrue Holiday, NO at SA ($7,800): Holiday has been over value in seven of his last eight games. He had 38 fantasy points in 33 minutes against the Suns on Monday. The Spurs are a tough matchup, but they are 13th against shooting guards in their last 15 games. More than anything, Holiday has been a consistent play next to Anthony Davis’ monster performances. He struggles against the Spurs on Nov. 22, contributing 16.25 fantasy points in that contest. He should bounce back in this one given the circumstances. ****
