High Salary PG

Kyrie Irving, BOS vs CHA ($8,600): Irving missed value against the Grizzlies, mainly because that game was over early. He had 37.7 fantasy points in 25 minutes, missing value by just .1 fantasy points. Prior to that, he had 57.8 fantasy points against the Knicks. He had 34.4 fantasy points against the Hornets on Dec. 27. The Hornets have won five straight, but they’re on a back-to-back and on the road, where they have not been great this season. Irving should push 40 fantasy points as he continues to step up to push his team to first in the East. ****

Chris Paul, HOU at LAC ($8,400): Paul is back in Los Angeles and he brought James Harden with him. Paul has hit value in his last two games. He had 38.7 fantasy points against the Clippers on Jan. 15. That number would put him over value on Wednesday. The Clippers are on a back-to-back and rank 22nd against the position in their last 15 games. Paul should have no trouble going over 40 fantasy points and you know he wants this game more than any other regular game this season. *****

Dejounte Murray, SA vs NO ($6,800): Murray had 52.3 fantasy points against the Cavaliers on Sunday. He’s been over value in four of his last five. The Pelicans rank 14th against the position in their last 15 games. Anthony Davis is crying New Orleans on his shoulders, but their defense remains in the bottom half of the league. Murray is playing well in recent contests and this is a good matchup for the San Antonio guard. He’ll be over 30 fantasy points in this one. ****
