High Value C

Jarrett Allen, BKN at SAC ($5,500): Allen missed value by one fantasy point against the Cavaliers on Tuesday. He has a great opportunity to bounce back given the opponent on Tuesday. There is a concern of the east coast team traveling west, but Allen’s energy should compensate enough for him to at least hit value. Plus, it’s the Kings. He needs 25 fantasy points to be at value on Thursday and should be around that number. ***

Brook Lopez, LAL at MIA ($5,000): Lopez continues to be more miss than hit, having been over value just once in his last six games. He doesn’t play a lot of minutes, which makes it hard for him to be over value. The matchup is good, and it’s one he dominated as a member of the Nets last season, but he’s not in Brooklyn anymore. He needs 22.7 fantasy points to reach value on Thursday. Given his lack of playing time, he’s doubtful to get there. **

Tristan Thompson, CLE vs PHI ($4,500): Thompson has been over value in three of his last four. The Cavaliers typically go with a small ball lineup, but Thompson could see some extra playing time against Joel Embiid. He did well against Philadelphia last season, averaging 26.1 fantasy points in three games. He needs 20.4 fantasy points to reach value on Thursday. Given his recent play and the fact that he’ll likely see enough playing time to contirbute, he should be over that number. ***
