High Salary PG

Kemba Walker, CHA at TOR ($7,900): Walker is coming off a 41.7 fantasy point performance against the Sixers. He had 42.9 fantasy points against the Raptors on Feb. 11. He needs 35 fantasy points to hit value on Sunday. He’s been up-and-down in recent contests and has been up-and-down all season, hitting value in 53 percent of contests. He represents Charlotte’s best option when it comes to scoring and playmaking. The matchup is tough, but Walker has the ability to raise his game and pull the upset. Expect a solid outing. ***

Kyle Lowry, TOR vs CHA ($7,800): Lowry has missed value in three of his last four. The Raptors are being careful with his minutes as their bench continues to produce on a nightly basis. He’s been under 30 fantasy points in two games against the Hornets this season, playing less than 30 minutes in both of those contests. He’s a slight risk due to concerns around his minutes, but as long as he plays 30 minutes, he should be around value. ***

Spencer Dinwiddie, BKN at LAC ($6,800): Dinwiddie has missed value in five of his last six. None of his misses have been too bad and his salary has dipped to where he needs 30.1 fantasy points to hit value. He had 27.4 fantasy points against the Clippers on Feb. 12. D’Angelo Russell getting healthy has cut into his value, but he’ll remain around value, even if he comes up a little short. ***
