FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 5, 2018
High Salary PG
Kyrie Irving, BOS at CHI ($8,500): Irving missed value against the Rockets on Saturday, but should bounce back on Monday. He had 44.1 fantasy points in 28 minutes against Chicago on Dec. 23. The minutes are a concern in this one as it could be over by the end of the third. He’ll get busy in the minutes he does play and his salary is reason enough to where he should still hit value, even in limited minutes. He needs 37.5 fantasy points to hit value on Monday. Expect him to be around 40 fantasy points in this contest. ****
Dejounte Murray, SA vs MEM ($7,700): The Grizzlies are playing a whole mess of rotation players and they rank 27th against the position in their last 15 games. Murray missed value against the Lakers on Saturday, but is in a great position to bounce back on Monday. The return of LaMarcus Aldridge should help his value as it’ll open things up for him offensively and give him a reliable scorer to pass to. He needs 34 fantasy points to hit value and should be over that number. ***
Lonzo Ball, LAL vs POR ($7,300): Ball has hit value in three straight and gone 12-plus fantasy points over value in his last two. There are no concerns about his minutes right now and he looks to be in the same he rounded into prior to the injury. He’s putting up solid numbers in all categories and has hit 14 threes in his last four games. He had 40.1 fantasy points against the Blazers on Dec. 23. He should push 40 fantasy points once more. ****
