The Indianapolis Colts have a lot of holes to fix this offseason, though they will have an exciting new head coach in place. The team went out and hired former Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich as their new head coach, and he certainly has a history of winning in the NFL. If this team gets Andrew Luck back healthy next season, the roster takes on a whole new shape, as he should be once again one of the better quarterbacks in the league.

That is a big if, however, as Luck missed all of last season. If he is back, the team needs to focus their top pick in the 2018 NFL Draft on the defensive side of the ball, specifically getting a better pass rush. While this draft class is loaded with edge rushers, there is none better than Bradley Chubb, who could wind up being a Pro Bowl player as a rookie next season.

Chubb has a very rare blend of size and speed, and he should be a dominant player at the next level. In order to survive in the AFC South, teams need to be able to get after the quarterback, and that is his specialty. This Colts team is not terrible, and should rebound off of their 3-13 season from a year ago, but they need elite talents like Chubb to come to Indy if they want to do so.
