The Indianapolis Colts head into this offseason with a brand new head coach, as the team inked Frank Reich to a deal to lead them into their next era. Reich was the offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles last season, where he led the team to a Super Bowl title. He has orchestrated some of the greatest comebacks in football history, and now he will have to bring this franchise back from the cellar of the AFC South.

Last year, the Colts had to deal with the fact that their star quarterback, Andrew Luck, would be gone for the season. Luck, when healthy, is one of the better signal-callers in the league, so losing him was a big factor in them going 3-13. This offseason, the team released veteran running back Frank Gore, so there are some holes to fill on offense prior to the start of the summer.

While the offense needs help, the defense is in desperate need of their next star. Bradley Chubb from N.C. State is the best defensive player in this draft class, and he would be an instant fan favorite in Indianapolis in year one. He has the motor needed to get after the quarterback, and in a division with Marcus Mariota and Deshaun Watson, that should certainly help the Colts win games next season.
