Damian Lillard, POR vs CLE ($9,700): Lillard has been over value in four straight. He’s been one of the best players in the league since the All-Star break and it’s unlikely that the Cavaliers will be the ones to slow them down. He needs 41.1 fantasy points to hit value on Thursday. I’d be surprised if he didn’t contribute at least 50 fantasy points in this one. *****

Ricky Rubio, UTA vs PHO ($7,400): You’re going to see a lot of Jazz players on this list today. That’s what happens when you can’t lose and the other team routinely loses by double-digits. Rubio missed value for the first time in four games on Tuesday, finishing with 22.1 fantasy points against the Pistons. He should easily bounce back on Thursday given the matchup. Expect him to end up around 35 fantasy points at minimum. *****

Kris Dunn, CHI at MEM ($6,900): The Grizzlies are 25th against the position in their last 15 games. Dunn had 44.1 fantasy points against them last week and needs 29.2 fantasy points to hit value on Thursday. He continues to play well as the starter in Chicago, although Cameron Payne’s recent play has cut into Dunn’s value a bit. Despite that, he remains the top guy at point. He should be over value once again. ****
