High Salary SG

DeMar DeRozan, TOR vs DAL ($8,300): DeRozan had 38.3 fantasy points against the Pacers on Thursday. He’s been up-and-down in recent contest, but only because the Raptors have been blowing teams out during this win streak. That’s the concern of Friday against an overmatched Mavericks squad. DeRozan was held to 25.1 fantasy points when these teams met on Dec. 26. He’ll have a solid outing, but may not see enough minutes or usage to make it worth your while. ***

Lou Williams, LAC at OKC ($7,200): Williams missed value against the Rockets on Thursday, finishing with 26.7 fantasy points in that contest. He should have an easier time against the Thunder, who rank 30th against the position in their last 15 games. Williams is averaging 42.8 fantasy points in two games against Oklahoma City this season. He’s been disappointing in recent games, but this is his chance to bounce back over value. ***

D’Angelo Russell, BKN at PHI ($6,900): After contributing 12.4 fantasy points against the Hornets two games ago, Russell has produced 33.8 fantasy points against the Sixers and 45.4 fantasy points against the Raptors. His recent success against Philadelphia bodes well for his value on Friday. He needs 28 fantasy points to hit value in this one. He’s still splitting his usage with Spencer Dinwiddie, but he’s simply a better player than Dinwiddie and should have the ball more. His lack of assists are a bit concerning at the moment. ****
