High Value PG

Dennis Smith Jr., DAL at BKN ($6,600): Smith Jr. had 27.8 fantasy points against the Raptors on Friday. The Nets are 27th against the position in their last 15 games. He needs 28 fantasy points to hit value on Saturday. The matchup is good for the Mavericks rookie, who continues to play well more often than not since the break. He should be over 30 fantasy points in this contest. ****

Darren Collison, IND at WAS ($5,300): Collison had 33.4 fantasy points against the Raptors on Thursday. He played 28 minutes in that one and could be over 30 minutes as he shakes off the rust from his knee injury. It’s possible that he rejoins the starting lineup in this contest. He needs 22.5 fantasy points to hit value on Saturday. The Pacers will need him to keep playing well in order to take pressure off of Victor Oladipo. ***

Cameron Payne, CHI vs CLE ($4,400): Kris Dunn has already been ruled out for Saturday’s gamer and Zach LaVine is questionable. The guard position is getting thin for the Bulls, which means Payne may pick up the start. He’s been over value in his last four thanks to a low salary. His salary has jumped a bit, but he needs just 18.7 fantasy points to hit value. If he starts and logs 30-plus minutes, he’ll get 20-plus fantasy points against a reeling Cavaliers team that has logged a lot of miles over the last couple of weeks. ****
