16. . Quarterback. Wyoming. Josh Allen. 12. player

The Buffalo Bills will pick twice in the first round, and their selections were supposed to be back-to-back. However, they swung a deal with the Cincinnati Bengals to move up last week, and will now pick in the No. 12 spot, instead of No. 21. With that pick, the team is expected to try to get a quarterback, although they may have to trade up even higher to get their guy.

If Josh Allen is their selection, he could be available this late in round one. There are a bunch of very good signal-callers in this draft class, and some experts think Allen is the best. If he does fall to No. 12, then he is a lock to go to the Buffalo Bills, who have a glaring hole at the position.

Buffalo traded away Tyrod Taylor this offseason, and currently would have Nathan Peterman as their starter next season. Allen has the arm talent to be a standout player at the next level, but he did not play with many weapons during his time at Wyoming. He also has arguably the highest ceiling of all the prospects in this quarterback class, and has no problem playing in cold weather.
