FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – April 1, 2018
High Value SG
Andrew Wiggins, MIN vs UTA ($6,100): The Jazz are third against the position in their last 15 games. There is a chance Jimmy Butler plays in this game, which is likely the reason for Wiggins’ lower salary. It’s certainly not his performance, as he’s been over value in all but two games since Butler got hurt. And his two misses were by less than one fantasy points. If Butler doesn’t end up playing, be thankful for Wiggins’ lowered salary, grab him, and look for him to give you around 30 fantasy points on a salary that expects only 25.1 fantasy points. ***
Caris LeVert, BKN vs DET ($5,800): LeVert had a big 52.4 fantasy points game against the Knicks on Saturday, falling two assists shy of triple-double. He’s been over value in five of his last six games. He failed to crack 20 fantasy points in two January games against the Pistons. He needs 23.8 fantasy points to reach value on Sunday. Given his recent play, he should be over value in this one. He’s become the leader of the Nets bench unit and has carved out a nice role for himself in Brooklyn. ***
Josh Hart, LAL vs SAC ($4,900): Hart returned to the lineup on Friday after missing a month with a broken hand. He played 35 minutes and contributed 30.6 fantasy points against the Bucks in his return. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is struggling with his shot right now, which is a big reason why Hart picked up the extra playing time. If you think Caldwell-Pope will find his form, he might be the better option. But Hart is cheaper and is less costly if he doesn’t produce. Given the matchup, one of these guards will produce for the Lakers. ***
ES: Lou Williams, LAC vs IND ($6,600)
