High Value PG

Quinn Cook, GS at OKC ($6,200): Cook has been up-and-down in his last five games. In his up games, he’s been 10-plus fantasy points over value, including a 39.8 fantasy point effort against the Suns on Sunday. The Thunder are 22nd against the position in their last 15 games. His role is more minimized with three Warriors All-Stars in the lineup, but that just opens him up for more shooting opportunities. There’s a good chance Westbrook dismisses Cook, leaving him open more often than not, leading to plenty of points and assists. ****

Tyler Ulis, PHO vs SAC ($4,900): If Elfrid Payton is out once again and Ulis draws the start, keep taking him. His salary has dipped despite his 31.3 fantasy point performance against the Warriors on Sunday. He needs 21.6 fantasy points to his value on Tuesday, which doesn’t seem that hard given the matchup. The Suns have three really reliable guys right now who are seeing big minutes and opportunities as Phoenix heads into next season. He should push 30 fantasy points in this one. ****

De’Aaron Fox, SAC at PHO ($4,800): Fox has looked much better in his last two games, posting 38.6 fantasy points against the Warriors and 28.6 fantasy points against the Kings. He needs 21.1 fantasy points to hit value on Tuesday. Despite his inconsistent play in the second half of the season, he logs big minutes and gets plenty of opportunities to produce. Given the matchup, he should be able to produce. He’s a slight risk due to inconsistencies, but everything seems to be lining up for a solid outing for Fox. ***
