Round 2 of the 2018 Masters Tournament at Augusta National is underway. Here are the highlights from the second day in the quest for the green jacket.

At the close of round one of the 2018 Masters, Jordan Spieth reigned supreme at Augusta National. Holding a two-stroke lead heading into day two, the 2015 Masters champion led the field at 6-under to open the day. With 20 players under par to start the day, 67 other competitors were left at even par or worse as Friday’s cutline loomed.

Trailing Spieth out of the gate Friday were Tony Finau, coming off a rocky road to start his Masters journey, and Henrik Stenson sitting at 4-under. Rory McIlroy stayed in contention at 3-under to start the second round in his quest to complete golf’s Grand Slam. All eyes will certainly be on Tiger Woods, competing in his first Masters since 2015, who needs a strong second day to improve on his opening score of 1-over.

With a sunny day ahead in the 70s in Augusta, Georgia, dry and warm conditions will yield quick greens around the course. With a bid to the weekend of play on the line who will move up the leaderboard and who will be packing their bags come the close of business day Friday? Stay tuned for all the highlights from round two of the 2018 Masters from Augusta National.
