BYE WEEK: NONE

The Lions are on primetime for the second time in three weeks to start this season, this time taking on a decidedly tougher AFC East opponent. The billing here is that former Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia gets to try his hand against Bill Belichick. The Lions should be fighting for a playoff spot throughout the year, and could get a huge win here.

In Kansas City, Jimmy Garoppolo should get a good test when he faces Eric Berry, Justin Houston and the high-flying Chiefs attack. Arrowhead Stadium is typically unkind to young quarterbacks, but Garoppolio hasn’t been typical. This should be a terrific contest.
