The Baltimore Ravens fell just short of the playoffs in 2017, as they needed only to win at home in Week 17 to get in. Well, the Cincinnati Bengals came into town and beat them pretty soundly, sending them to another January without a playoff game. They need to get better on offense if they hope to win the AFC North next season, and bolstering the offensive line can help them do just that.

This offensive line is pretty bad, and they need to make sure they take care of their holes during the 2018 NFL Draft. The best offensive tackle in this draft class is considered to be Mike McGlinchey, who is a terrific talent from Notre Dame. McGlinchey and Quenton Nelson helped the Fighting Irish have the best offensive line in college football last season, and both should hear their names called in the first round on Thursday.

Baltimore got a great season from Alex Collins in 2017, and the organization is hoping Joe Flacco finds the magic that helped him lead this team to a Super Bowl win in what seems like ages ago. They already have a very good defense, and the AFC North is going to be a winnable division next season. McGlinchey makes them so much better up front, and he has the skills needed to be a starting left tackle in this league for at least the next decade.
