Celtics-Bucks (Celtics Lead 3-2)

With only one game on the schedule, your only option is FanDuel’s single game league. In single game leagues, you select five players (one from each team). One guard, one forward/center, two position less players, and a MVP. The MVP scores with a 1.5 multiplier.

In a one game league, you have to identify players who are going to play. That means any starter is a good bet.

Giannis Antetokounmpo ($18,000), Khris Middleton ($14,500), Al Horford ($14,000), Eric Bledsoe ($14,000), Terry Rozier ($13,000), and Jaylen Brown ($12,500) are your high salary players.

The only high value guys worth looking at are Jayson Tatum ($11,500), Marcus Morris ($10,000), Jabari Parker ($9,500), Marcus Smart ($9,000), and Malcolm Brogdon ($8,000). Every other low salary player comes with a risk of limited playing time. If you’re desperate, Semi Ojeleye ($6,000) isn’t a bad option given his playing time in Game 5. He won’t score big, but he’ll save you money and play.

From the value pool, I like Smart and Parker. Parker has played well since he started getting consistent playing time in the series and Smart looked good in his return in Game 5. He should feel even more comfortable in Game 6 and he has a game that travels. To that point, Marcus Morris’ game hasn’t traveled thus far, which makes him a risk. Meanwhile, Jayson Tatum has been up-and-down and Malcolm Brogdon hasn’t contributed quite enough despite his starting role.

As far as high salary guys, you can count on Giannis and Middleton. Middleton has been exceptional at home and Giannis will raise his game in this potential closeout game. Horford is the guy I’m least worried about on the Celtics. Rozier’s value could take a hit if Smart ends up getting more minutes. Brown has been good for most of this series and I think he’ll rise to the occasion. Who knows what you’re going to get with Bledsoe. Hopefully Game 5 did wonders for his confidence heading into Game 6.
