NEW ORLEANS, LA – MAY 04: Stephen Curry #30 of the Golden State Warriors is fouled by Anthony Davis #23 of the New Orleans Pelicans during the second half of Game Three of the Western Conference Semifinals of the 2018 NBA Playoffs at the Smoothie King Center on May 4, 2018 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Warriors-Pelicans (Warriors Lead 2-1)

All the starters were covered in previous slides. The Pelicans have some role players who might be able to step up in the same manner that Ian Clark did in Game 3. Obviously, there’s Clark. But Darius Miller and Solomon Hill could be contributors. I wouldn’t trust any of those three, but on the “role players play better at home” theory, they are certainly low cost options.

Look for bounce performances in a big way by the Warriors. Their offense is too good to be held in check the way it was in Game 3 and there defense is too good to allow the Pelicans to run as wild as they did in Game 3.

Rockets-Jazz (Rockets Lead 2-1)

Ricky Rubio’s return changes the whole dynamic for the Jazz. All of a sudden, a lot of pressure is off the likes of Donovan Mitchell, Joe Ingles, and Rudy Gobert. He’s a big key to a lot of what they like to do on offense. His return also puts a dent in the value of Alec Burks, Dante Exum, and Royce O’Neale.

Chris Paul is always a fallback option on the Rockets. He’s been consistent in the series and has big game potential. One of Ariza or Tucker will likely hit again. Ariza seems like the better bet at this point.
