Warriors-Pelicans (Warriors Lead 2-1)

The Warriors will be better in Game 4. I think that’s fairly safe to say given how good they are. Expect a bounce back game from Durant and Curry and an all-around better effort defensively. Klay Thompson still makes for a good option at shooting guard given his role and salary.

Ian Clark was the role player who stepped up in Game 3. It may be E’Twaun Moore or Darius Miller in Game 4. Anyone outside of the Pelicans top four still comes with some amount of risk. There is more guaranteed value on the Warriors with Looney and Iguodala.

Rockets-Jazz (Rockets Lead 2-1)

Based on reports at the time of this writing, it sounds like Ricky Rubio is going to try and play. That could change before tip-off, but it’s a situation worth monitoring. If Rubio plays, the value of Alec Burks and Royce O’Neale drops. Meanwhile, Mitchell and Ingles should have an easier time on offense with Rubio back. Even if Favors is able to play, Crowder is the better option. I haven’t liked Favors all series and he’s done nothing to earn my confidence.

Harden and Capela remain the top two options on the Rockets, but Chris Paul is always lurking. Gordon has been great in the last two games and makes for the best value option on the board.
