1. Rougned Odor, Texas Rangers

After missing a little over a month with a left hamstring issue, Odor was activated off the disabled list last Friday night. He is just 2-for-12 with seven strikeouts over four appearances since returning , but he does have a hit in back-to-back games entering Wednesday.

Odor became a fantasy star in 2016 (33 home runs, 88 RBI and 14 stolen bases) and 2017 (30 home runs, 75 RBI and 15 stolen bases), though his batting average fell off a cliff to .204 last year. A remarkably unlucky .224 BABIP easily explains that though, and this season’s 46 at-bat sample isn’t enough to draw a broad conclusion about Odor’s .196 batting average.

Odor played all 162 games in 2017, and 150 games the season before, so there’s no reason to think he’ll suddenly start being injured a lot. With top-tier power and speed numbers at second base, and even a .250 batting average if he can get there, now’s the time to get back on the Odor fantasy bandwagon. Quite simply, there’s not a better fantasy replacement for Cano out there.
