LeBron James is still good. Plus, four other takeaways from the Cleveland Cavaliers beating the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals.

It took seven games, but the Cleveland Cavaliers are heading to the NBA Finals for the fourth straight season after defeating the Boston Celtics.

Until Game 7, the series was rather….boring. Boston was outstanding at home in three blowout victories. LeBron James got some help in his three home games, resulting in three blowout victories. Things finally got competitive in the final game. But, you know what they say, one out of seven is George Hill on the road.

Both teams were on opposite ends of the spectrum when they had to travel 650 miles and could not sleep in their own bed. Until Game 7, when they were on the same end, just the wrong side. The Celtics looked like world beaters at home. The Cavaliers could always beat them in Cleveland.

In the end, the King stayed the King.
