1. Real Madrid

The dream move. Zinedine Zidane has left, but wearing the Real Madrid colors is something many current players would love to do before they retire. There are multiple reasons as to why this should be done.

Hazard hasn’t quite received the worldwide attention of the likes of Neymar, Paul Pogba or even Antoine Griezmann and Kylian Mbappe, partly as a result of Chelsea’s inconsistencies over the past five years. A move to Madrid would give the world a chance to see what he’s capable of on the biggest stage. That’s not why he should go to Madrid, however. The reason he should go is to replace either Ronaldo or Gareth Bale.

With Real Madrid planning to revamp their squad in order to be more competitive in Liga, Hazard will be a key target. Selling Bale will surely give them enough to buy Hazard, and will keep him there long enough to take Ronaldo’s spot. It’ll also help build his brand and give him more worldwide exposure.

It feels like a win-win for both parties. Hazard is in his prime, and may be seeking a new challenge as he. There aren’t many challenges worth relishing more than playing for Los Merengues, the back-to-back-to-back Champions League winners. A quick look at the trophy room and tour of the Santiago Bernabeu should do the trick. Look for this rumor to dominate the summer, keep your eye out for what happens.
