New Orleans Saints – Alvin Kamara

Alvin Kamara and Fortnite have a lot in common. Both Kamara an the game popped up at some time in 2017 and absolutely took over the world.

Kamara had a break-out season for the ages after being drafted 67th overall in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft. He rushed for 728 yards and eight touchdowns on 120 attempts and caught 81 passes for another 826 yards and five scores. He was second on his team in both rushing and receiving.

With Mark Ingram sitting out the first four games of the 2018 season, Kamara’s stock is only rising. Without checking the stats, he was the fastest and most-added fantasy running back of all time and he’s definitely a keeper going into your 2018 fantasy season. If he somehow ends up in your draft, pick him. Immediately.

Kamara’s sudden outburst of production and excitement is similar to how Fortnite got it’s start. After releasing in July of 2017, it was only a matter of months before the game was pulling in millions of players daily.

How would Kamara fare in the world’s most popular current video game? Probably well. Given that he can do everything, it’s not out of reach that he’d be an incredible gamer, too. The guy is so fast that he could land at any part of the map and make it to the other end before the storm closes.

Kamara would duck, dive and dodge every attempt to take him down, much like he does on the field. His lateral quickness combined with sheer power make him nearly untouchable. In Fortnite, he would time every movement perfectly to make it look as though it was your first time handling the weapon controls. Good luck.

Landing location: Doesn’t matter. He’s sprinting from the start and he’s going to beat you to the high ground before the storm closes in. Dude is fast.
