Philadelphia Eagles: Bradley Cooper

The Philadelphia Eagles shocked the world last season, as they beat the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII with a backup quarterback in Nick Foles. The City of Philadelphia had never seen their beloved Eagles win the Super Bowl, and after a magical run in the playoffs, Foles would go on to be named the game’s Most Valuable Player.

When it comes to the Eagles, they have some of the greatest fans in all of sports. While opposing fans may not like to go into Lincoln Financial to watch a game, the players on the Eagles know how much the City loves them. All you had to do was see the streets of Philly after the team won the Super Bowl to see how their love runs deep.

As far as individual fans go, there is no fan more famous than movie star Bradley Cooper. A native of Philadelphia, Cooper puts his fandom on display whether he on screen, or off, and some of his biggest movies have had the Philadelphia Eagles woven into the story line.

Cooper grew up in the Philadelphia area, growing up in Rydal and Jenkintown. He actually watched the Eagles 1980 NFC title game in the kitchen of his childhood home with his Dad, as the two did not want to miss a single play due to eating. That is the kind of fandom this guy has, and in his famous move “Silver Linings Playbook,” he played a crazy Eagles fan.

The 43-year-old actor is one of the more sought-after talents in the movie business, but in Philadelphia, he is just another kid from the neighborhood who loves his Eagles. During the Super Bowl, Cooper actually watched the game with Eagles owner Jeffery Lurie, which had to be an incredible moment for the most famous fan the team has.
