The Ravens can finally relax as they have seemingly found their No.1 wide receiver for the 2018 season. Reports from training camp to this point have been that Joe Flacco throws it up, and Crabtree comes down with it. This is a match made in heaven, as the Ravens have a track record of success with veteran receivers like Derrick Mason, Anquan Boldin, and Steve Smith Sr.

Crabtree just adds on to that list. He gives the Ravens something they haven’t had in a while, which is a legitimate red zone threat. Over the last five years, Crabtree has only broken 1000 yards once, but in that same period, he has amassed 30 receiving touchdowns with 25 of those coming in the last 3 seasons. For all of their woes, the Ravens made it to the red zone frequently last season, but most trips ended with Justin Tucker field goals.

Now that Crabtree is in the mix, Baltimore is a candidate to go from worst-to-best in terms of red zone efficiency. Crabtree could get at least 7 touchdowns this season, anything less will be a disappointment for Ravens fans, and if you are in a PPR league, Crabtree is a must have just due to projected targets. Crab is a solid WR2 and can even play WR1 in deep leagues.
