Fourty-eight seasons in the NBA and not one trip to the Conference Finals. The existence of the Clippers fan is a tortured one.

Despite six straight playoff trips with a supremely talented group of individuals, the Clippers golden era ended without celebration. Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, J.J. Redick, and DeAndre Jordan are all gone and the current Clippers have truly begun the rebuild.

The good news — there’s nowhere to go but up. Forever lost in the shadow of their golden brother, the Clippers can head into the next era with no expectations. Should the new regime flourish under, ‘The Logo’, it’d be a sensational change of direction 50 years in the making.
