35. Robby Anderson, New York Jets

If Anderson can keep himself out of trouble off the field he’s primed to have a big year. The Jets quarterback situation is trending upward which bodes well for the team’s No. 1 receiver. One question is whether or not he can build off of what was a breakout season.

34. Robert Woods, Los Angeles Rams

There are a lot of mouths to feed in Los Angeles which could hurt fantasy numbers across the board. Woods had a nice run last year and seems to have a solid rhythm with Jared Goff. However, it’s tough to see him getting a ton of targets.

33. Emmanuel Sanders, Denver Broncos

Sanders if back to full health and seems pleased by the addition of Case Keenum. He still plenty in the tank and is someone who could greatly outperform where he’s being selected in drafts.

32. Corey Davis, Tennessee Titans

Davis’ upside is what has him ranked this high on my list. He’s a versatile player who can make plays all over the field. However, his rookie season was plagued by injuries and has already dealt with injuries during the preseason.

31. Cooper Kupp, Los Angeles Rams

Kupp is in the same boat as the other Rams wide receivers. It’s going to be a battle for him get enough targets to be have huge fantasy value. There’s always the possibility that Kupp emerges as Jared Goff’s go-to target, but at this point it’s a guessing game.
