25. Marvin Jones, Detroit Lions

Matthew Stafford has develop a nice relationship with Marvin Jones which has resulted in big fantasy numbers for the wide receiver. He and Golden Tate work well off each other and find a way to ensure both get plenty of action.

24. Marquise Goodwin, San Francisco 49ers

Goodwin really broke out last year and showed his big-play ability. He and Jimmy Garoppolo quickly developed a rhythm which will carry on to this season. I suspect that Goodwin will improve off of last year’s numbers.

23. Michael Crabtree, Baltimore Ravens

Crabtree is clearly the No. 1 option in Baltimore and should see the lion’s share of the targets. He’s more of a possession receiver, but that only helps his value in PPR formats. Crabtree has also been very productive in the red zone.

22. Brandin Cooks, Los Angeles Rams

The Rams may need an extra ball to make sure everyone is happy. Adding Cooks this offseason provided them with a potential No. 1 receiver, but also clouded the target situation. Cooks was given a big-money extension so it’s possible the Rams will look to feed him the ball.

21. Demaryius Thomas, Denver Broncos

With Case Keenum in town the Broncos offensive weapons look more attractive for fantasy purposes. Demaryius Thomas has had a few down years, but there’s still plenty of talent here. Don’t be surprised if he bounces back with a huge season.
