65. Michael Gallup, Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys don’t have a lot of great options at the wide receiver position which bodes well for rookie Michael Gallup. He’s arguably the most physically talented receiver on the roster. Gallup showcased his upside during the Cowboys first preseason game.

64. Mike Wallace, Philadelphia Eagles

Wallace’s star has faded since his days with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he has remained a productive receiver. This might be one of the better situations he has been in for a couple years. The Eagles offer a high-powered offense and some potential for big-time targets.

Nelson Agholor and Alshon Jeffery are both banged up with Jeffery’s injuries potentially lingering into the regular season.

63. Tyrell Williams, Los Angeles Chargers

Keenan Allen and Mike Williams are slated to be the starting receivers for the Chargers. However, the loss of tight end Hunter Henry might create enough targets for Tyrell Williams to get into the action.

His size and ability to win in contested situations might allow the Chargers to use him in a similar way to Henry.

62. Tyler Lockett, Seattle Seahawks

Somebody needs to catch passes in Seattle and Lockett is a candidate for a breakout performance. It will be important to monitor Doug Baldwin’s injury situation as it could mean bigger things for Lockett.

The main competition for Lockett is Jaron Brown and Amara Darboh.

61. DeSean Jackson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

It’s been difficult to really pinpoint a good landing spot for Jackson. He still has elite speed and big-play ability. It hurts that Jameis Winston is suspended for the first four games because their chemistry has surely improved with another offseason in the books.
