2. Terrence Crawford (33-0, 24 KOs)

It is rare that someone with just one fight in the division ranks so highly in the rankings, but that is just how good Crawford is as a a fighter. I have him ranked at No. 2 pound for pound, mainly due to his accomplishments at previous weight classes.

After becoming undisputed champion at junior welterweight, Crawford moved up to face undefeated WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn. In that fight, which served as his debut at 147 lbs., Crawford shined.

He looked spectacular, winning every round, and appeared to be the stronger fighter despite the fact that it was his first fight in the division. It was an absolute boxing clinic, and it looked as though Crawford has spent his entire career at this weight despite it being his third weight class.

Although he has barely gotten his feet wet in the division, there is nobody ranked below him on this list that I would give a chance to beat Crawford. Thurman would be a competitive fight, but I think Crawford would win.

It is unfortunate that Crawford is signed with Top Rank, because most of the talent in the division is signed with Al Haymon, so negotiating fights between those sides could prove to be difficult, especially if it isn’t a big money fight.

There is one guy at welterweight, however, that could beat Crawford, and he takes our number one spot on this list.
