Best throwback jersey each NFL fan should buy

Dallas Cowboys – Michael Irvin
When it comes to NFL franchises, there are few that rival the fan support that the Dallas Cowboys get. The organization refers to themselves as “America’s Team,” and for a time back in the 1990s, they were the most dominant franchise in all of football.
The Cowboys came about back in 1960, when they had their first season in the NFL. Since then, they have won five Super Bowl titles, including three in four seasons during their magical run in the mid 1990s. Their first two titles came back in the 1970s, as they won it all in 1971 and 1977.
While those teams in the 1990s were certainly dominant, the Cowboys have done very little to speak of since then in terms of winning playoff games. During the 2016 season, they boasted the best record in the NFC, grabbing the No. 1 seed in the playoffs, only to lose at home against the Green Bay Packers in the divisional round.
When it comes to the throwback jersey every Cowboys fan should have, it should be the one that the team wore back in their first season in 1960. Those jerseys, the blue one with the star on each shoulder, were brought back in 1994, and were worn by some of the best players in the history of the franchise.
The 2018 Cowboys have the talent to make another run towards the playoffs, and they have two solid young stars on offense in quarterback Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott. The franchise just has not gotten it done in the postseason, and the hope is, the currently collection of young players can be their next dynasty.
