Miami (FL). Joe Jackson. 22. player. 49. . Edge

The Green Bay Packers swung a trade with the New Orleans Saints during the 2018 NFL Draft, and will now have two picks in the first round next April. The good news is, they did not have to give up much to get the pick, and with a bunch of holes on the defensive side of the ball, they can plug up two of them in the first round.

When it comes to edge rushers in the 2019 draft class, few are as talented as Joe Jackson from Miami. A beast with his hand in the ground, or out of it, Jackson has that uncanny ability to shed opposing tackles, and has been a main reason the Miami Hurricanes program is relevant once again.

For the Packers, he is a guy who could come right in and start, giving them a solid edge rusher for the next ten seasons. The Packers have all the firepower they need on the offensive side of the ball, so it would make sense for them to not only spend one, but both of their first round picks solidifying their defensive line.

Aaron Rodgers is back in 2018, and that means that the offense is going to be clicking on all cylinders. Sure, the Packers have the talent to win the NFC North, but the Vikings will likely be the champs once again, with the Packers almost a shoe-in to take down one of the Wild Card spots in the NFC.
